Terms of use

This agreement sets the rules for using the site OneSwitch (the site). Site owner: Vladimir Kalianov (the owner). By continuing to use the site you accept these rules. If you do not agree, stop using the site.

Purpose of the site

The site describes the owner's services and projects, contains blog articles and lets you send a request. The information is for reference and is not a public offer. Price and timing are agreed separately for each project and recorded in the arrangement with the client.

Requests and contact

By sending a request or contacting through messengers you provide accurate information and confirm you are entitled to share it. The owner uses it only to reply and discuss the work, as described in the privacy policy. Sending a request does not oblige you or the owner to conclude a contract.

Intellectual property

The texts, design, code and images of the site belong to the owner or are used with the permission of rights holders. Articles may be quoted with a link to the source. Copying materials in full and using them commercially without the owner's written consent is not allowed. Names and logos of third-party services and projects belong to their owners.

Acceptable use

You may not disrupt the site, try to gain unauthorized access to it, send spam or malicious code through forms and the API, or create excessive load with automated requests.

Limitation of liability

The owner tries to keep the materials up to date but does not guarantee the absence of errors or uninterrupted operation of the site. Articles do not replace advice for your specific case. The owner is not responsible for the content of third-party sites that are linked to, or for losses caused by using the site's materials without verification.

Changes to the terms

The owner may update this agreement. The current version is always on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.

Governing law and contact
